No change in weight, but yet I haven't been dieting. I took a hiatus. Started a new job, and now I work from home. I find it harder to plan my meals than when I went out on the road every day. Just going thru a little bit of a lazy phase. Bak to Phase 1 on Monday. Even though I have been eating bread, and normal food it is still way healthier than before I started the diet. But I find that my cravings are started to creep up on me. I joined Curves Fitness club and will work that into my daily routine.
