Felt really down yesterday and had few calories since I just couldn't bring myself to eat anything for dinner. I guess I'm intimidated by the process since I seemed to have stalled for some time. I know I'm metabolically resistant anyway, since my whole life living with Celiac and not knowing until a decade ago, when I was able to start working on getting healthy again. But even so, its trained my body to hold onto everything I eat and turn it into fat. I guess the weight has to continue to come off, but even after 6 months I've not even lost half of what I need to in order to be healthy according to the numbers. It is pretty harsh to realize how efficient the body is in getting fat to begin with, since I never even ate sweets or fried foods, no junk food of any kind and still I plumped up. So now, I'm even scared to eat my veggies anymore. I'm not having any fun. Oh well. I'll prob feel better later, maybe. :)
