I actually think it's water weight.. but I'm not for sure. good eats today,a healthy salad, an egg, chicken breast (should have taken a picture lol ) thinly sliced, and cauliflower rice and chia pudding for a snack. I figured out what happened it was the avocado. I ate a whole one and unusually only eat half.
