So this might be my last day weighing myself/“eating right”. I feel pretty accomplished with my weight loss journey; in 2 months I lost 14lbs on Keto. I’m going on vacation this month and I’m thinking September I’ll modify my WOE to 35% protein, 25% carbohydrates, and 40% fat.
60.5 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
