Gak bakal naik beb kalo diimbangi dgn olah raga angkat beban.. Saya maintenance jg. Wkt cutting 1400 kal. Skrng 1600-1700 kdng 2000😂😂😂😂 BB ttp aja. Sekitaran 44-45.
