Yesterday I cut my carbs alot. Today I'll try that again and see if it helps break this stall. I've followed the advise of Atkins experts to analyze what I'm eating and what I added that stopped the loss. I guess I should cut coffee out and maybe even the Michelob, right?
91.6 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 30.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
