So, I went on vacation and following the diet was at sometimes not possible. I actually ate home made ice cream and a real reuben sandwich! I had gone down to 196 before I left but was excied to find out that I had only gained a small amount of weight. I did do a lot of walking during the trip, so maybe that was it. I also tried to eat whole wheat bread whenever possible, which it wasn't most of the time:) Thinking of going back to phase 1 for a little while again...
