not sure of I wrote on Tuesday, it's Wednesday and I'm just putting an entry in. I feel like I overate today. I OD'ed on dry roasted peanuts. ☹️ and animal crackers. just couldn't control the urges. but again at least it's semi healthier choices, and I didn't go and buy potato chips or chocolate, or fast food. there is some stress in my life and I have to identify it because I think that's what it is. I also realized I introduced sugar back into my diet when I started eating dates. i sware my tummy looks to be a bit bloated again. I need suggestions on how to reduce belly bloat...
