You know I think I'll call my plan Modified KETO. It's really more of a whole foods with a strong lean towards KETO. Mostly meats, cheese, veggies grown above ground...baked, boiled, broiled/grilled...healthy oils, olive, avocado...I'm not adding extra fats. I TRY to eliminate bread, pasta, rice, sugar, processed foods, as much as possible. I get off track when I start slipping in the occasional bun, or ice-cream cone...Yikes!
