Still Neg Ketone Strips but down another 1.6 pounds after dropping NC to 10 making it 3.4 pounds down. It will be a week tomorrow since I started Keto so I'm happy with my results as far a Weight Loss so far.🤗⬇️✅🔽✔
99.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 22.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Some people never see much on the strips (if they are the urine tests) Weight coming off is a nice sign. Happy 6th day keto!!!!!!

Keto on! I very seldom saw any color on the test strips, but my BG/ketone tester shows I am in ketosis.

Are you supplementing salt? Your body sheds sodium when eating low carb, which causes the symptoms called "keto flu". I have a cup of bouillon a couple of times a day, and use LiteSalt and NoSalt to keep potassium in balance.
