How is it possible that at the end of the week I go up a lb. after I kept my carb intake below 10%, had a caloric deficit and worked out every single day!?!? {WOE=Keto}
62.3 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
