Well day 3 of Keto Test Strips & still Negative but still too early to see a change. I'm sticking strong to between 20 & 25 NC per day. I'll only be weighing-in once a week per Drs Orders, so not again till next Wednesday. I've had my Keto Smoothie 🥤for Breakfast &a slice of Homemade Almond Bread 🍞for Lunch. Grilled Chicken & Garden Salad for Dinner tonight. 🍗🥗 🤗
