I saw my PCP yesterday & my A1C was 6.7. I'm now on Drs Orders STRICK KETO. I started using the Keto Test Strips this morning which was neg of course. I cleaned my Kitchen out of ALL THE BAD FOODS & brought in all NEW KETO FRIENDLY FOODS. Wish me luck on my new life journey !!!🤗
