早餐:富果樂麥片+希臘無糖優格+富士蘋果半顆
午餐:滷肉便當(飯1/2、菜1/2、滷肉一塊)、無糖豆漿1/2、去籽芭樂半顆
下午茶:有機銀耳一瓶、杏仁瓦片1片
晚餐:香菇玉米燉雞湯、芒果一些、無糖豆漿1/2、炒青菜、包餡地瓜球2顆
56.8 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
