it's been a rough few weeks for me so I haven't logged my weight cause it's been up n down since I last weighed in. I've done alot of emotional comfort eating after resigning from my job due to work place bullying!😠 and my granddad passed away 1 week ago so I haven't wanted to eat at all 😢 I last exercised 10 days ago and done pretty much nothing active since last Friday, it's gonna be a while til life is back on track 1 day at a time

Life gets in the way. we all know that and it's quite ok. Quite normal. Deal with your emotions and grief, then come back to the eating plan ready and able to hit the ground running. It's not the end. .it's a pause for however long is necessary for you to get your head back in the game. Good luck
