Even though I ran a 10k yesterday and burned over 2000cal. my body was gonna go up in weight just for consuming carbs 🙄 I’ll try to not let it bother me, even though it was also below my daily calorie intake.
63.0 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
