午餐:紅燒牛肉麵(麵1/2)
下午茶:好市多鹹甜爆米花、微糖豆漿
晚餐:玉米排骨竹筍湯(排骨5-6塊)、炒小白菜、滷三層肉一小塊
57 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
