Well, I really need to get serious about losing another 20 to 30 lbs. With the AT section hike coming in 5 months I need to be as light as possible and have an incredibly strong core.

7 days, 96 miles!!!! Let's do this.
101.0 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
