I'm getting slightly frustrated that I'm not able to move the scales more than about 2-4 tenths of a pound in either direction. I'm so close to the 220's I can feel it but just can't seem to get there. Today is going to be the break through I can just feel it. However, if something doesn't change for the better today I'm going to be preparing myself with some extra fatty foods for a fasting day tomorrow. Everyone else will be back to work and out of the house. I can finally get back to some sort of a schedule!!
106.0 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 47.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
