OMG! I lost 3 lbs already!? I haven't starved myswlf or anything silly ... justvseverely redoced my caloric intake and started exercising 5x a week. WOW!!!
91.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
