Went up on the scale because I decided to have some beet/carrots/apple juice blend which had a lot of carbs. But I’m OK with that just going to have my keto BHB drink today
63.6 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
