I’m off the grid no WiFi so I couldn't post. I was sad and stupid so I didn’t record food and did not want to even look at this site.. I am going to start again although I did follow low carb and intermediate fasting I still gained no longer in onederland. I am in Connecticut for a week or so for doctor visits so I will have WiFi Sorry to all I read the post and I am humble that you care.
