6 month change (last 3+ dieting, last 3 LCHF) 26lb loss, triglycerides 321 to 113 [SUCCESS!!!!], LDL up almost 50, which is concerning to dr., but ratio is ideal at 3.25:1. other than adding fish oil & B12(unrelated) supplements and lowering estrogen (unrelated), no dietary changes, sticking to <15% carbs, 65% fat. focus on adding regular exercise.
