At last! Losing again. My old jeans are starting to fray & the new ones are a size too small. incentive to lose weight as I don't have money to buy new jeans.
108.3 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 33.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
