斷食完吃了2顆肉粽和OREO😅,但好像太油,胃有點不蘇湖的港覺。今天特地看了BMI18.9,其實我也不太清楚這是要幹啥的😅

斷食後復食應該不要用粽子這麼爆炸的食物比較好吧😅😅😅應該要粥等流質性的慢慢復食😅😅
