一早起來上廁所後量,果然降很多,所以今天早餐吃好一點!
早餐:口甲尚堡豬肉吐司+蛋(不抹美乃滋)、全家美式半杯+鮮奶250ml
午餐:魷魚焿麵(麵1/2、湯喝幾口)、鳳梨
下午茶:好市多吉拿棒1/2根
晚餐:牛肉燥飯1/2碗、白菜滷、滷牛筋及牛肉塊一些、古早味排骨1/2份
57 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
