早餐:special k草莓脆片50克+鮮奶200ml、大杯無糖豆漿
午餐:NiSORO 手工義式雞肉麵捲(422卡)
下午茶:藍莓貝果、歐可紅玉拿鐵、小捲片、海苔肉紙
晚餐:自助餐(四季豆、炒大白菜、雞腿肉、綠花椰菜、蟹肉棒炒蛋)
57.1 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
