Didn't lose any weight this past week. Didn't gain though. I hope i'm not getting to the dreaded plateau. I'm hoping for at least 2 1/2 pound weight loss this week. I don't want to have any reason to not stay on my diet through the rest of the holiday season. Had an awesome lunch today prepared by my co workers. It was a crustless bacon, onion, and mushroom quiche and a tossed green salad. Very tasty and low carb.
