stuck rak medhun2 hehehe lg males olahraga kurang ngotot gitu semacam kurang semangat olahraga masih defisit kalori...jd yang penting aku skrg bergerak aja trus konsisten tiap hari... tp td nyoba 2menit plank masih sanggup 2 set... 30mnt hiit intensitas tinggi juga msh sanggup...main denyut nadi di 163bpm udh lumayan dari seminggu kmrn yg cuma 130bpm...yoweslah...kuncinya cuma sabar...hehe 3kg lagi padahal udh mau ke 55 kg...tp kenapaaa??? hehehe sabarrr momz...entar juga turun... udh gitu aja deh...nuhun
