四天沒運動了,再不動會生懶
手部運動15動作*2組
深蹲運動30下 +諾麗果粉(每天)
果真很酸 每天飲食都隨意
但有少吃澱粉 最近常吃吐司😊
68.5 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week
