I'm regressing and I need to do something about it now! I had dropped from 193 to 172 between December 2011 and Spring 2012 and now I've regained 8 of those pounds back. The big difference is that I've gotten away from entering my food in Fat Secret and tracking my every calorie. I'm not going to be satisfied losing down to 172 pounds this time around. My new goal is 165 and keep the weight off.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Great! That commitment of the mind is the first step. I encourage you to change the paradigm from weight loss to lifestyle change. Adapting a healthy lifestyle will result in the proper weight loss.
