😵😵. I’m already back down to my previous stage weight 2 1/2 weeks out from the next show. I felt pretty low energy wise and hungry. Luckily it was right on schedule with my re feed 🙌🏼 .
72.6 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
