月經來的第三天,停了避孕藥,這幾天想要來試試16/8,看會有什麼變化.還有運動前補少許碳水,運動後補碳水和蛋白質。
60.2 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
