前兩天體重機沒電池了,週五出差在外面有什麼吃什麼,六日在家亂吃,昨天午晚還吃了最最想念的麻辣燙,用力吃到吃不下才罷口。今天早上面對現實量體重:59.9,還算是勉強守住5樓沒上6樓,呼~
