Not sure what went wrong here. I suspect a little water retention is what brought me up a little. However, losing more than one pound overnight isn't really anything to brag about either and that's what happened in the last two days. I need to lose s--l-o-w-l-y! That's the secret to getting and keeping this weight off for good. Don't know how well I did today because what I ate so far today was: 1 Shake @ 300 calories 2 peiceds of rye bread & jam @ 150 calories 1 protein bar @ 210 calories 1 Tim Hortons Plain Bagel & bream cheese @ 400 calories (approx) 1 tim Horton's muffin @ 200 calories (approx) _______ 1260 calories total so far today.
It is only 4:30 pm and I have one more meal left for the evening which will consist of Salmon and grilled veggies. That's it. My daily allotment of calories is approximately 1500. I have been pretty good at sticking to it too.
