I did very well yesterday on my diet and I am pretty proud of myself. Of course, I am undre a lot of stress because I have been so worried about my health and what is going to happen and when it's going to happen too.
I miss working and earning money. I miss it so much because I like to have the experience I was getting from my new job. I also love my new employers. I have never met a more caring, loving, bunch of people who care about your health and well-being the most.
I have been feeling pretty crappy the last few days. Yesterday I was feeling a little better, but right now, I feel pretty crappy. I just feel nauseated and just generally unwell.
I am sure that this weight loss, I can contribute to stress.....
