早餐:富樂水果麥片50克+無糖希臘式優格180克+中蘋果1顆、拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)
午餐:春捲(原味微糖)、藍莓貝果半顆
下午茶:藍莓貝果半顆、西瓜
晚餐:豬腳2塊、地瓜葉、玉米筍、皇帝豆、咖啡蛋捲1根、芝麻蛋捲半根、西瓜
56 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
