早餐:富樂水果麥片50克+無糖希臘式優格180克+中蘋果半顆、拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)
午餐:訓練中心的團膳(白飯半碗、滷棒棒腿、海帶、玉米、薯餅、杏鮑菇、炒菠菜、蒸鱸魚一些、黃色西瓜一片)、蘋果半顆
下午茶:乖乖椰子口味
晚餐:牛肉麵(麵1/2)、蘋果半顆
56.1 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
