I thought I plateaued, but I'm actually gaining lean muscle weight. My body fat percentage has gone from 39% to 33% so that says a lot about my progress. June was a terrible month; I fell off the fitness wagon, but I'm determined to reach my goal - no matter how hard it may be or how long it takes.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
