I started Weight Watchers a month ago simply because it seems to work and its been around a long time I don't have much weight to lose so I only signed up for 3 months in the hope that I can lose about a pound a week. Its pretty simple actually and I like the leader and the other gals there. I just go once a week at noon on Friday which is the only time that is convenient for me. The picture is of my tennis team.
