Really didn’t want to go to gym this morning, but braved the cold and showed up anyway. Everyone says “just listen to your body” - I disagree. My body wanted to eat, stay in bed and enjoy some more sleep. This process and journey is about telling my body what to do. (I still eat and sleep lol but when it’s time for gym; it’s time for gym)
