Klo wktu itu sih blum ngerti tntg per dietan jdi tpi makan diatas bmr cma kotor klo skarg ttep makn di atas bmr sktr 1200 tpi clean food soalnya lgi fokus fat loss hindari mknan/mnuman kemasan +olahan +goreng2an
