Okay so this last weekend/week I had company and did the tourist thing in DC, which included the hotdogs from the street vendors and more bad eating than I had done in a while, although I gained, I have been able to get the bad eating under control and am back on the wagon again. Best of luck to all over the holiday weekend!!!! I know I am gonna need the help!!!!
