Why do I keep sabotaging myself? Attended an online seminar which gave me a profound insight into myself and why I keep sabotaging myself. It's psychological. I've been through some seriously damaging emotional stuff in my life. I'm on meds for bipolar & TL Epilepsy. Okay, the meds don't help my weight loss, but most of all I realized that I reject myself. I don't see myself as worthy. That's sad. If I work on that, then I'm convinced I will lose weight faster.
108.3 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 33.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
