Está clara la fórmula, en cuanto que he hecho más ejercicio (de prácticamente vida sedentaria a 2 o 3 actividades a la semana) y no volverme loco con las comidas, el cuerpo lo nota un montón. Vamos a intentar seguir con la tendencia!
