I’ve recently started intermittent fasting 16/8 hours. How well has this worked for you? What else were you doing along with it? Any suggestions?
61.7 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’ve been doing OMAD since last summer, low carb, counting calories and moving more (nothing crazy). I don’t think it’s for everyone, but it’s working awesome for me.
