So I got up to 263, had stomach flu, and have run with the after effects. Forcing myself to be extra Nazi on my eating habits has been really simple for the very strict reason of my stomach refusing to eat normal food again. I've been eating primarily vitamin shakes with a few fresh fruits added in when I feel like chewing. I tried an Atkins meal bar today and that went over ok, so maybe I'll try another tomorrow.
