Gah! So the sneaky weight has found its way back. Let's be honest I've been eating terribly and not working out at all. As a person who is predisposed to gain weight it has happily globbed its way right back on my body. Time to get myself back on board with healthy eating and get moving again. Hopefully I'll see the nice week one loss that Atkins typically does to boost my motivation and we can get the ball rolling in the right direction.
