昨天跑+走30分鐘
比以前能跑,覺得很爽!
加上開始認真計算醣類攝取

今早起來量體重,終於突破10天卡關!!!
78 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
