16 hr fast, 1152 cal yesterday. very happy the weekend indulgences disappeared quickly. noom and my insurance app encourage weighing daily [backed up by "studies"], may have to rethink what's best for me.
85.8 kg Lost so far: 4.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
